Plot

Infamous exploitation icon Herschell Gordon Lewis wrapped up his lengthy foray into low-budget gore epics with this coda, which not only sports Lewis' most creative title, but revels in an amazing barrage of outrageous (and patently fake-looking) makeup effects. The nominal plot involves a masked psychopath stalking, torturing, and murdering the strippers at a Miami nightclub owned by standup veteran Henny Youngman. But enough of that -- it's merely a loose linking device for a multitude of sleazy murder scenes, all of which involve some kind of sick visual gag. The murders range from simple throat-slashings to the popping of eyeballs to the protracted french-frying of one poor girl's head. Essentially a retread of Blood Feast (and perhaps an attempt to outdo some), this flick was re-released later under the title Blood Orgy. ~ Cavett Binion, All Movie Guide

The Gore Gore Girls is a 1972 horror film directed by Herschell Gordon Lewis. It was his final film for the next 30 years, and is particularly infamous for its scene of chocolate milk produced when the nipple of a woman is severed.

Plot

Nancy Weston (Amy Farrell), a reporter for The Globe, approaches Abraham Gentry (Frank Kress), an obnoxious, crack shot private investigator, on behalf of The Globe, which offers him $25,000 to investigate the brutal murder of stripper Suzie Cream Puff (Jackie Kroeger). They sweeten the deal with a $25,000 bonus for solving the case. Of course this comes contingent that The Globe gets the exclusive story. Gentry takes the case and begins the investigation of the murder with Weston in tow. When at the club, Gentry encounters a waitress, Marlene (Hedda Lubin), whose obnoxiousness rivals his. He gets through her to speak to another stripper and gets his first suspect Joseph Carter.

Soon another stripper, Candy Cane, gets murdered and Gentry expands his suspect list to Grout (Ray Sager), an unstable vet who takes pride in crushing the heads of corpses he found when on the battlefields of Vietnam. He relieves tension by drawing faces on squashes and tomatoes then crushes them with his bare fists. Gentry also suspects the leader of a radical feminist group that riots in the strip club carrying banners with catchy phrases like “Lewd is Crude,” “Quit with Tit,” and “Women Right On!” After the over-the-top gory murder of Pickles, which included mutilating her buttocks with a meat tenderizer hammer and salt and peppering it. A badge with “Women Right On!” is found at the scene.

Meanwhile, Gentry buys Weston many drinks to keep her drunk and out of his way. During one of Weston's drunken episodes she admits she’s attracted to Gentry. Gentry ignores this and concentrates on the case. His investigation takes him to the owner of the strip clubs in town, Mr. Marzdone Mobilie (Henny Youngman). Gentry then coerces Mobilie into holding an amateur stripper contest with a $1,000 prize, which also works as the beginning of a plan for Gentry’s trap.
