Plot

Bandleaders Tommy Dorsey and Jimmy Dorsey make guest appearances on this 37-minute Honeymooners sketch. Incongruously paying a visit to the Kramdens' apartment, the Dorsey brothers invite Ralph and Alice -- and their neighbors Ed and Trixie Norton -- to be their guests at the Statler Hotel's New Year's Eve party. Unfortunately, Ralph is unable to get the night off from work, so he tells his boss Mr. Marshall (Robert Middleton) that he is ill. This alibi falls apart when, at the Statler party, the Kramdens come face to face with Marshall and his wife!
