The Hunchback is a film based on Victor Hugo's novel The Hunchback of Notre Dame. It stars Salma Hayek as Esmeralda and Mandy Patinkin as Quasimodo, the hunchback of Notre Dame. Directed by Peter Medak, the film was released in 1997, a year after Disney's animated version was released.
