Plot

Now that she has been ensconsed in a lavish penthouse apartment, Louise Jefferson (Isabel Sanford) has absolutely nothing to do with her spare time -- and nothing but spare time in which to do it. Bored out of her mind, Louise asks for a few hours' work in her husband George's dry-cleaning establishment, but George (Sherman Hemsley) flatly (and loudly) refuses.
