The Kennedy/Marshall Company is an American film production company, based in Santa Monica, California and owned by Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy, who are married. It presently has contracts with Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Spyglass Entertainment and Disney. Both Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy have in the past been involved with Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment.
