Plot

Ever trying to get in good with banker Mooney (Gale Gordon), Lucy (Lucille Ball) and Viv (Vivian Vance) agree to babysit for Mooney's talking parakeet Greenback. Thanks to the girls' attentiveness and keen observation skills, Greenback escapes his cage and flies out the window. There is nothing for it but to head to the pet store in hopes of finding a replacement parakeet before Mooney comes home.
