The Miracle Maker (Russian: Чудотворец, Chudotvorets) is a Welsh/Russian stop motion-animated film about the life of Jesus Christ through the eyes of a young girl, Tamar, the daughter of the Biblical Jairus who is raised from death by Jesus. The daughter of Jairus is not named in the New Testament. It has many stories about Jesus and others that that were told in the bible mentioned throughout including Jesus being tempted by the devil and the Good Samaritan. Some clips of the film (when stories are being told especially) are animated cartoons instead of stop motion.

The film was directed by Derek Hayes and Stanislav Sokolov. It stars the voice of Ralph Fiennes as Jesus. The cast also includes Julie Christie, William Hurt, Ken Stott and Richard E Grant.

The theme at the beginning is Karl Jenkins' Adiemus.
