Plot

Preparing to cast the deciding vote on a miraculous new fuel that will rid the world of pollution, U.S. senator Richard Adams (Perry King) suffers a serious head injury in a highly suspicious accident. Upon recovering, Adams slowly comes to the conclusion that he isn't really who he thinks he is. Whatever the case, there are strange and sinister characters who are out to get Senator Adams -- if indeed he is Senator Adams.
