The Rise of Endymion is a 1995 science fiction novel by Dan Simmons. It is the fourth and final novel in his Hyperion Cantos fictional universe. The novel was nominated for the 1997 British Fantasy Award and the 1998 Hugo Award for Best Novel.[1]
This is the only book to feature the Shrike with four arms (the correct number) instead of two on the front cover.
This is the conclusion to the Hyperion Cantos. In this final book the author answers to many enigmas in the previous three novels.
