Universal Motown Republic Group, also abbreviated as UMRG, is a division of Universal Music Group, which was formed in 1999, and pools together Universal Records, Motown Records, and Republic Records. It has also been referred to as The Universal Motown/Universal Republic Group.
The group comprises two divisions: Universal Motown and Universal Republic.
