Thomas Cecil Alexander
Reverend Thomas Cecil Alexander was the founder of the Scouting movement in the Malaysian state of Sabah, in Sandakan in 1913, and in the state of Sarawak, in Kuching in 1915. The Sarawak movement was later active only from 1930 onwards.
