Biography

Kelway, already noted as the teacher of Keeble, was the organist of Chichester Cathedral (1733) having served there as choirboy and apprentice organist. The majority of his compositions were presumably for the Cathedral including anthems and services. Kelway also composed a Vesper and two magnificats. ~ Keith Johnson, All Music Guide
