Thornhill is a federal and provincial electoral district in Ontario, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 1997, and in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario since 1999.

It was created in 1996 from parts of Markham—Whitchurch—Stouffville and York North ridings.

It is considered a relatively wealthy riding for the most part, with one of the highest household incomes across Canada (in excess of $100,000).

It consists of the part of the City of Vaughan that is east of Highway 400 and south of Rutherford Road, and the part of the Town of Markham west of Highway 404.

It is the only riding in Canada with a Jewish plurality. 36.6% of the population is Jewish, the highest in Canada. [1]
