Plot

Roper (Norman Fell) sells his 19-year-old car to Jack (John Ritter), Janet (Joyce DeWitt), and Chrissy (Suzanne Somers). At first relieved to be rid of the old clunker, Roper changes his mind when he is informed that the car is a valuable "classic" model. The problem: how can Roper inveigle the roommates into selling him back his car without tipping them off as to its true value. The solution?...Well, it wouldn't be fair to tell.
