Timothy Bernard McKyer (born September 5, 1963 in Orlando, Florida) is a former professional American football player who was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the third round of the 1986 NFL Draft. A 6'0", 174-lb. cornerback from the University of Texas at Arlington, McKyer played in 12 NFL seasons for 7 different teams from 1986 to 1997. McKyer prepped at Lincoln High School in Port Arthur, Texas.

His best year as a pro came during his rookie season with San Francisco, intercepting 6 passes for 33 yards and 1 touchdown. A three-time Super Bowl winner with the 49ers in 1988 and 1989 and the Denver Broncos in 1997, McKyer became a journeyman throughout the 1990's, bouncing from team to team until he ended his NFL career after the 1997 season.

While playing opposite cornerback to Deion Sanders on the Atlanta Falcons during his stint there, Tim acquired the nickname "Highway 22" for the freedom opposing wide receivers would gain when playing against him.
