Timimoun (Arabic: تميمون) is an oasis town in Adrar Province, Algeria; in the in Gourara region. It is located at the edge of the plateau of Tadmaït, above the Sebkha. Timimoun is known for the red ochre color of its buildings.
It is served by Timimoun Airport.
