Tlalim (Hebrew: טללים) is a kibbutz in the Negev desert in Israel. It is named for the large amount of dew (Hebrew: טל, Tal) which falls in the area each year, and was one of the first kibbutzim to be privatised.
Tlalim was founded in 1980 by the Hebrew Scout movement, and as well as the standard agriculture, also has a concrete factory. With just 110 residents, it is much smaller than neabry Mashabey Sadeh. It is part of Ramat HaNegev Regional Council.
