Tokoname (常滑市 Tokoname-shi) is a city located in Aichi, Japan.
As of 2006, the city has an estimated population of 52,301 and the density of 1,023.56 persons per km². The total area is 48.59 km².
The city was founded on April 1, 1954.
Chubu Centrair International Airport in Tokoname opened on February 17, 2005.
