Tom Berryhill is a Republican politician in the United States who has represented California's 25th Assembly district since December 2006. He succeeded Dave Cogdill who made a successful bid to become a State Senator.
Education
Assemblyman Berryhill attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Family
Berryhill's father, the late Clare Berryhill, was elected to both houses of the California Legislature, and also served the state as director of the California Department of Food and Agriculture. Tom Berryhill's brother, Bill, was elected to the Assembly in a neighboring district in 2008. The Berryhills are the first brothers to serve concurrently in the Legislature in almost 60 years. Tom Berryhill is married and has two daughters.
The 25th District
The district includes the communities of Modesto, Riverbank, Oakdale, Chowchilla, Mammoth Lakes, Waterford, Sonora, Hughson, Angels Camp and Madera.
