Tom Mandrake (born May 26,[1] 1956)[2] is a notable comic book artist, perhaps best known for his collaborations with writer John Ostrander on multiple comic books, including Grimjack (from First Comics) and The Spectre, Martian Manhunter, and Firestorm, from DC Comics.
Mandrake is a graduate of the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art.[2] He is married to fellow comic book artist Jan Duursema. They have a son, Jack Moses (born October 4, 1995), and a daughter, Sian.
