Tony Sampson is a Canadian voice and television actor based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He played the role of Flash in the Canadian television drama The Odyssey from 1992 to 1994. He is also known for his voice work done for Vancouver's Ocean Group and Mainframe Entertainment, primarily in the anime genre. He has retired from voice acting, with the exception of his role as Eddy, the protagonist on Ed, Edd n Eddy.[citation needed]
