This lost metal curio from biker band the Boyzz shoots Southern fried boogie Point Blank into a mean horn section, resulting in an grizzly slaughter of Blood, Sweat & Tears (heavy on the first two). Lou Marini and Alan Rubin blew with BST, among others. Separating the Boyzz from the men, yelper "Dirty" Dan Buck cooks speeder "Lean 'N' Mean" raw on the barbe, and the seven-minute "Destined to Die" evokes an uneasy rider raging from white line fever. Only in the '70s could these Boyzz from Illinois get away with the too-whacked Too Wild to Tame, and it shows. Keyboardist Anatole Halinkovich (now Tony Hall, ) axeman Mike Tafoya, and bassist Dave Angel cleared out and cleaned up to create the B'zz. ~ Doug Stone, All Music Guide
