total body stretch

A simple exercise often used as part of a warm-up routine.

▪ Lie flat on your back, totally relaxed. Then, with your fingers and toes pointed, slowly and gently extend your arms and legs. Hold the extended position for about 10 seconds, relax, and repeat three or four times.
