Totka Nikolaeva Petrova (born December 17, 1956 in Yambol) is a retired female middle distance runner who represented Bulgaria in the 1970s and the early 1980s. She set her personal best in the women's 1,500 metres (3:57.4) on 1979-08-11 at a meet in Athens, Greece.
