Plot

Filmed in Italy, the four-reel Tower of Terror is almost as blood-and-thunderish as its title. The beautiful daughter of a Count is kidnapped by an evil potentate. The helpless girl is locked in the villain's "Tower of Terror," threatened with death or worse if she tries to escape. Into this Rapunzel-like situation comes the Count's male secretary, who has secretly been in love with the girl since the beginning of the picture.
