Exhibit of goods and services for the benefit of individuals or companies involved in a particular trade. Generally, a trade show is held in an exhibition hall, and each exhibitor is allowed to rent space to display goods and services. Many trade shows are accompanied by seminars and lectures where the newest trade information can be presented and new trade ideas and concepts may be exchanged. The annual Consumer Electronics Show held for the benefit of those in the consumer electronics industry, as well as those interested in the industry, is an example of a trade show.
