Drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 11th round of the 1994 MLB amateur draft, Trammell would make his major league Baseball debut with the Tigers on April 1, 1997. He appeared in his final game with the New York Yankees during the 2003 season, but did not finish the season due to bouts of clinical depression.[1]
