Some injuries and diseases can only be treated by a transplantation of the injured organ or body part. Basically it's the "medicine" needed to make them well - or at least less sick.

W/o transplantation, these people would suffer, then maybe even die. Transplantation can improve their lives considerably.

There was no "Nazi medicine". If you are referring to the horrible experiments the Nazis made with human remains, there is no real reason they would attempt organ transplants.
