Proliance International wants to help you and your car keep cool. The company manufactures radiators, radiator cores, heater cores, and other heat transfer parts. It builds air conditioning components, too, such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators. Its products are sold to automotive, light- and heavy-duty truck aftermarkets as well as aftermarket retailers, such as AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts, radiator shops, and warehouse distributors. The company was formed in 2005 when TransPro was combined with Modine Aftermarket Holdings, a spinoff from Modine Manufacturing. It filed for bankruptcy protection in July 2009, and its North American assets were acquired by Centrum Equities XV the following month.
