Troika Games was formed 1998 by Jason Anderson, Leon Boyarsky, and Tim Cain, Interplay developers who had worked on the widely acclaimed Fallout and Fallout 2. The independent studio released three critically successful computer role-playing games -- Arcanum (2001), The Temple of Elemental Evil (2003), and Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines (2004) -- before officially going out of business in February 2005.~ All Game Guide
