Tulloch is one of the largest homebuilders in Scotland. It sells its houses, which range from the luxurious to the affordable, through four brands: Tulloch Homes, Tulloch Homes Express, Cameron & Paterson Homes, and Argyll Homes. Founded in 1925 as a joinery and contractor, the firm's client base includes the Scottish Highlands to the English border and beyond. Its leisure division operates hotels, lodges, and the Brucefields Family Golf Centre in Bannockburn, Scotland. Tulloch sold some 310 homes, about a third of which were affordable homes, in 2011. The Bank of Scotland, part of the Lloyds Banking Group, has a 40% stake in the company; former chairman David Sutherland holds owns another 43%.
