This is the fourth card placed face up on the board. This follows a round of betting after the flop. This is also commonly called fourth Street.

SoundPoker Says: The turn can enhance a players hand by giving them another card. This addition to the board can open many variations for a variety possible hands. Any player may "hit" or "miss" the card they need on the turn. If they miss their hand on the turn they have one final opportunity to make it on the river.
