The main sorting office is in Twickenham and the area served includes parts of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, the London Borough of Hounslow and the London Borough of Hillingdon as well as parts of the Surrey boroughs of Spelthorne and Runnymede. Part of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in Berkshire is also covered by the TW19 postal district.
