  • Director: Mark Lane
  • AMG Rating: starstar
  • Genre: History
  • Release Year: 1991
  • Run Time: 60 minutes

Plot

Directed by Mark Lane, this controversial documentary addresses the Kennedy conspiracy beliefs and assertions of Roger Craig, the former Dallas Deputy Sheriff who became something of a celebrity among conspiracy buffs. Lane, who wrote two JFK conspiracy books, Rush to Judgment and Plausible Denial, examines the claims of Craig with a less critical eye than other assassination experts who have shown some of Craig's claims to be laden with contradictions or errors. Named Dallas County sheriff's office "Man of the Year" in 1960, Craig maintained until his death by suicide in 1975 that the Warren Commission had ignored or doctored key elements of his testimony, and that people were making attempts on his life. ~ Steve Blackburn, All Movie Guide
