U.S. Highway 29 (US-29), internally designated by the Alabama Department of Transportation as State Route 15 (SR-15), is a southwest-northeast state highway across the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Alabama. SR-15 ends in Brewton at a junction with US-31 (SR-3) and SR-41, but US-29 continues west with US-31/SR-3 to Flomaton and south on SR-113 to the Florida state line.

U.S. Highway 29 and SR-15 traverse Alabama in a general northeast/southwest slope. It has never been a major route in the state; its significance was completely overshadowed with the completion of Interstate 65 and Interstate 85 during the 1970’s. Today, US-29 and SR-15 serve primarily to connect numerous smaller towns and cities in the southwest, south-central, and eastern parts of Alabama.

• U.S. Highway 31 and unsigned State Route 3 at Flomaton. US-29, US-31, SR-3 and SR-15 are co-routed until they split at Brewton
• U.S. Highway 84 and unsigned State Route 12 at Andalusia. US-29, US-84, SR-12 and SR-15 are co-routed as they pass through the city.
• U.S. Highway 331 and unsigned State Route 9 at Brantley. US-29, U.S 331, SR-9 and SR-15 are co-routed until they split at Luverne.
• U.S. Highway 231 and unsigned State Route 53 at Troy
• U.S. Highway 82 and unsigned State Route 6 in Union Springs.
• U.S. Highway 80 and unsigned State Route 8 in Tuskegee. US-29, US-80, SR-8 and SR-15 are co-routed until they split southwest of Auburn in Macon County.
• Interstate 85 at Auburn. US-29 is routed along I-85 from Auburn until east of Opelika. I-85 parallels US-29 from Auburn to near Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
• U.S. Highway 280 and unsigned State Route 38 in Opelika. US-29, US-280, SR-15 and SR-38 are co-routed with I-85 between Exits 58 and 62.
• U.S. Highway 431 and unsigned State Route 1 in Opelika. It is at this junction where US-280 and SR-38 split from I-85, US-29 and SR-15.
