Underscore Records, sometimes written _underscore, was a Baltimore based independent record label founded by Rjyan Kidwell for the purpose of releasing his own music as well as that of some friendly contemporaries. Managing to release three albums on CD-R and two seven inch vinyl singles between 1998 and 1999, the label effectively folded with Cex's migration to Tigerbeat6 in 2000.
