UTRA-TDD HCR, an acronym for UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access(UTRA)-Time Division Duplex(TDD) High Chip Rate(HCR), is a 3GPP standardized channel access method based on a combination of TDMA and CDMA (known as TD-CDMA).[1]
