"Vacation" is a 1982 single released by the all-female rock band The Go-Go's. The song was the first single from their album Vacation.

The song proved to be one of the Go-Go's highest charting singles, reaching #8 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the summer of 1982. The song was released on 7" vinyl format, with the surf rock song "Beatnik Beach" as the single's b-side. Consistently cited among the greatest summertime pop songs of all time, "Vacation" also carries the distinction of being released as the first known cassette single or "cassingle" as trademarked by I.R.S Records. The song remains a mainstay of retro-80's playlists.

The song appeared in Michael Moore's 2004 film Fahrenheit 9/11. Moore used it to humorously underscore scenes of President George W. Bush on vacation during the early days of his first term. The song is also heard in the Simpsons episode "Mobile Homer" and in the Scrubs episode "My Conventional Wisdom". It has also been used in the U.S. trailers to Mr. Bean's Holiday and in an episode of Rugrats when they go to Las Vegas.
