Biography

Through their use of computer-generated blips and machine noises come the Finland-based avant-garde collective of the Vacuum Cleaners. Through the funding from Bad Vugum Records, 1992 saw the 7" debut of this music hullabaloo with an EP entitled Cactus. Four years of scaring away concertgoers from whatever venue they played followed before their follow-up mini CD, A Hundred Separate Ways was released. ~ Mike DaRonco, All Music Guide
