VALOGIX provides logistics and supply chain management software used to manage inventory, parts planning, and other functions. The company's products are employed in the automotive aftermarket, distribution, and retail industries. VALOGIX works with other software vendors in the field, such as Sage Software (formerly Best Software) and SAP. The company was established in 2001 by Earl Hartford (CTO), Patricia Ludwig (COO), and Richard Vaccaro (CEO). The three executives were earlier involved in two companies together, one of which, Stratman Software International, was acquired by i2 Technologies in 1998.
