Biography

Emo-pop trio Vermont paired singer/guitarist Davey VonBohlen and drummer Dan Didier, who also collaborated in the Promise Ring; tapping Pele guitarist Chris Roseanau to complete the line-up, the group debuted in 1999 with "We Only Have Each Other in the Night," a split single with Ida. Vermont was a Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based indie rock band and collaboration between Davey von Bohlen and Dan Didier of The Promise Ring and Chris Roseanau of Pele. The band released two albums on Kindercore Records and broke up in 2001, before von Bohlen founding the band Maritime.
