A weighted ball used for throwing exercises. Versa-ball exercises can be used to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles in the shoulders of baseball pitchers and other throwers susceptible to shoulder injuries. The thrower lies on the back, bends the elbow at 90 degrees and throws the ball to a partner. The throw is made by rotating the shoulder and the elbow remains bent at 90 degrees.
