This fabulous compilation captures 14 significant Teddy Pendergrass tracks with nary a miss in sight. To the point and dead-on, Very Best of Teddy Pendergrass will please the baritones' legion of fans, and is a solid intro to TP for newbies. It would be perfect had the compiler included "Be Sure," the fantastic album cut from his first solo album.
