History
- 1971: Viacom Enterprises (VE) was reincorporated from CBS Films.
- 1973: Viacom Enterprises was spun-off from CBS.
- 1974: Viacom Productions (VP) was launched as the production arm of VE.
- 2004: Paramount Television absorbed VP, which had been a division of PTV since Viacom acquired Paramount Pictures in 1994.
