Biography

Distinguished Hungarian art director Vincent Korda frequently worked with his other brothers, Alexander and Zoltan Korda. Among his best-known production designs are those he designed for William Cameron Menzies' sci-fi film Things to Come (1936). ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide

Vincent Korda (22 June 1897 – 4 January 1979) was a Hungarian art director. He won an Academy Award and was nominated for another three in the category Best Art Direction. [1]

He was born in Túrkeve, Hungary and died in London, England. He is the father of novelist Michael Korda.
