Viper Motorcycle is hoping to put the bite on cruiser heavyweight Harley-Davidson. Pushing its in-house machined parts and systems difference, the Minnesota-based company has developed a line of custom V-Twin cruiser motorcycles, V-Twin aftermarket engines, and other related aftermarket products. The Viper 152-inch short-stroke motor received EPA approval in late 2008. The company sells through an independent, nationwide dealer network and offers a lineup of proprietary component parts distinctive to the Viper brand. Viper Motorcycle is a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly traded Viper Powersports.
