Vladimir Vasilyevich Ustinov (Russian: Владимир Васильевич Устинов) (born 25 February 1953 in Nikolayevsk-on-Amur) is the current Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Southern Federal District and former Minister of Justice in Russia.
He is married, has a son and a daughter.
