US Military Dictionary: Vladivostok Agreement

An informal accord reached by President Gerald R. Ford and Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev in 1974 to limit the total number of each side's strategic launchers and bombers. It was negotiated during SALT II and established the framework for the SALT II Treaty.
