The list of wealthiest non-inflated historical figures is a small article based on the publications of Forbes.^[1]. It only records people who have reached the largest monetary amounts and is not adjusted for inflation like the List of wealthiest historical figures. The monetary amounts are based on the USD of 2006.^{[clarification needed]}
