Plot

Weather girl Keiko's unique style of reporting -- she progressively removes pieces of clothing throughout the forecasts -- was the only thing saving the ATV network from bankruptcy. Complications arose, however, when the former weather girl comes back from her absence only to find the position had been filled. Resolving to destroy her new nemesis in as embarassing a way as possible, the two women find themselves in the midst of a nasty competition.
